Data Entry Clerk
Do you have basic IT skills and superb attention to detail?
If so, perhaps you could be a data entry clerk for Reach Community Projects.
The Reach Resource Centre on Leiston Road in Haverhill, is open to see clients from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Over the last six months, we have supported more than 450 different people in various ways, including assistance filling in forms, benefit enquiries and help with a food parcel from our Foodbank.
We are seeking to continue this vital work by recruiting a data entry clerk to maintain our records of support given to our clients.
This is a vital role for the charity as we use our statistics to apply for funding to keep the charity doors open.
We are looking for someone to volunteer for 2-3 hours per week.
Due to the confidential nature of the work, you will need to complete the work in the Resource Centre, Monday - Friday, 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
Full training is provided and no previous experience is required, just a basic IT knowledge (data is captured using Excel and a web-based system) and of course, good attention to detail.
