Reach has provided support to local people in crisis for over 10 years. We provide debt counselling, Foodbank service, support to clients with form filling, benefits advice and much more.



Debt Advisor

Do you have good IT skills and superb attention to detail?


If so, perhaps you could be a debt advisor for Reach Community Projects.

The Reach Resource Centre on Leiston Road in Haverhill, is open to see clients from 2:00pm to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.


Over the last six months, we have supported more than 450 different people in various ways, including assistance filling in forms, benefit enquiries and help with a food parcel from our Foodbank.


We are seeking to continue this vital work by recruiting a debt advisor to work with our clients


We are looking for an administrator with good IT skills and a keen attention to detail to provide administrative support to the debt counselling team.


The role would involve scanning and registering documentation from clients before they meet with the debt counsellors. Producing documentation for creditors and diarising future actions.


Based in the Resource Centre, the role would be for a minimum of 6 hours per week, which could be spread over the working week.


The skills you would need to have include:


  • Good IT skills
  • Superb attention to detail
