Tina Rice – Community Outreach Adviser
Having left Loughborough University with a French, German and Politics degree, I spent 3 years working and travelling around the world- including time on a Kibbutz, a placement on an orphanage in Guatemala as well as working on other voluntary projects where I witnessed extreme poverty and deprivation.
I returned to a career with Volunteering Matters (then CSV), releasing young offenders into community care and then setting up a project to support young people in care. Following a long spell raising our two girls, I returned to work as a Languages Assistant at Linton Village College and set up an innovative language project. I then spent 3 years juggling primary schools, teaching French, before joining REACH in 2017.
Alongside the love of family life and friends, I love playing the piano and regularly lead worship at Linton Free Church. I live in Balsham with my husband, two girls and our soppy dog, Todd.
