Tracey Proctor – Community Outreach Adviser
I joined REACH in April 2022 as a Community Outreach Adviser and although I had no previous experience in this field, my passion for the well-being of others combined with the eagerness to help those in need gave me the motivation required.

I have lived in the village of Kedington for the last 5 years with my husband, two sons and family dog, Willow. Prior to this I lived in the neighbouring village of Hundon for 22 Years and have been involved in the local community in more ways than one.

My previous employment includes estate agency for 15 years and as a bookkeeper for my husband when he established his business. I changed direction when I decided to complete a degree at ARU Cambridge in 2015. I gained a First Class Honours Degree in Crime and Investigative Studies, which then led me to teach the subject for 3 years.

The Covid Pandemic made me re-evaluate and prioritise everything important to me and I decided to focus on making a difference within the community. Although I did not follow in the path of my degree, I feel that elements of this will be beneficial in my new role.

I am a keen gardener, love upcycling and spending time with my family and friends.
