Steve Norris – Community Advice Team Manager

I started to work for REACH as a Community Outreach Adviser in April 2023.  I have always been a supporter of the work that REACH does and I'm glad to be part of the team.

I have lived near Haverhill for 15 years, and have been interested in being part of the community having been a volunteer adviser with REACH and a Town Pastor. I help run the Haverhill Family Café at St Mary's. My faith is central to my identity and life. I am a Licensed Lay Minister in the Diocese of Chelmsford (Essex), and a Reader in the Diocese of Edmondsbury and Ipswich (Suffolk). I work for the Church of England as an evangelism co-ordinator, course developer and deliverer, preacher, and service leader. I have links with most of the churches in town through church and community work.

I love people, spending time with my wife and family (particularly my grandson), and I am a committed environmentalist.
