Katie Chappell - Fundraising Manager

I began my working life as Program Coordinator at INSEAD in France before joining the Magistrates Association in London as Communications Officer. My professional journey has since mostly revolved around education, recently combining the roles of Head of Psychology and Sustainability Lead at Stour Valley Community School. After founding the Climate Emergency Committee in 2019, we worked hard to reduce the school’s single use plastic, food and general waste, planted 1350 trees and organised an annual 'Green Day' to raise funds for sustainability projects.

I am now embracing my new role as Fundraising Manager with REACH. I have always respected the outstanding work REACH carries out in Haverhill and surrounding villages and I feel honoured to be part of the team, driving change and making a difference. 
In my own time I enjoy long walks, time with family (dogs included!) and the arts.
